“ The lady at the food truck was very nice, great price for quantity and quality of food. I was surprised by the chunks of tomatoes in the consume/broth. The tortillas could have been browned on the outside a little better to make the tortillas more flavorful but otherwise it was very delicious. It was my friend’s very first Birria tacos for her birthday and she enjoyed them a lot! ”
